Background Information
Mercy Kamau is a final year student at the University of Nairobi Faculty of Law. She is a passionate legal researcher with a rich history of participating in intra- and inter-scholastic moot court competitions both nationally and internationally. She has competed in the Daystar-UoN Moot Court Competition, the FOLLAP National Moot Court Competition, the Leiden University International Children's Rights Moot Court Competition, the FIS IHL Moot Court Competition and the Jean Pictet International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition.
Beyond her moot court endeavours, Mercy has been an active member of the Kenya Model United Nations, where she has excelled both as a delegate and a bureau member of the General Assembly. She has also served as an Assistant Director in the Harvard National Model United Nations (Africa) in the African Union Committee. Mercy is dedicated to holistic development and the continuous expansion of her intellectual horizons.
